about me

My name is Randa and I would like to welcome you to Breathe Yoga London, I am delighted you have found your way here.

Let me tell you a little more about my journey...

I am Randa, the proud founder and CEO of Breathe Yoga London. I am a mother to two wonderful children, a qualified Doula and a registered Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher with over 400 hours of training behind me; specialising in Women’s Health and Well-being.

My advanced training brings extensive knowledge and expertise to my teachings in Fertility, Pregnancy, Birthing and postnatal yoga. I am also proud to be a member of the International Association of Infant Massage and Yoga Alliance.

My mission is to empower and support women to have a positive experience in motherhood, encourage family well-being and promote nurturing touch and communication for infants through yoga and infant massage; I aspire to deliver the essential tools to help nourish people’s lives, encouraging self-love, self-care and overall mental and physical wellness.

I fell in love with yoga from the very first class I attended: I was completely taken aback by how yoga helped me deal with multiple traumas and enabled me to breathe fully once again. I was only managing one class a week but that one class was enough to inspire me, build strength and transform my self-esteem and confidence. I was soon equipped with the tools I needed to cope with my anxieties and by creating the space I desperately needed mentally and physically to re-nourish my mind and create balance in what was an overwhelming and very sad time in my life.

Yoga has changed my life.  It has given me the tools I need to thrive and feel strong in my everyday life. The way yoga has supported me in my journey through bereavement and motherhood has encouraged me to share what I’ve learnt and I hope to help many others breathe fully once again.

Since qualifying as a RYT200 yoga teacher in London, I have completed an 85-hour Pregnancy Yoga course; honouring me with the recognition as an RPYT. My passion for Birth Preparation led me to train further in Biomechanics For Birth (For Professionals) with the amazing Independent Midwife Molly O’Brien, followed by Doula training with Nurturing Birth. I am also trained as a Rainbow Families and Kids yoga teacher and IAIM Infant Massage Instructor.

I aim to inspire and share the incredibly beautiful benefits of practising yoga and infant massage with as many people as possible through my classes, whether in a group setting or privately.

I truly value what it means to re-balance - restore - replenish; and that is why I teach from the heart and am incredibly passionate about everything I do.

Grateful and blessed always,

Randa x
