Yoga is a mindful form of exercise which is designed to enhance your awareness of your mind & body and deepen your conscious of its strengths, weaknesses and needs. It is an insightful journey with yourself, with so much to learn along the way.
A typical session will include linking movements (poses/asana) with breath, various breathing techniques (Pranayama) and is often complimented with a Meditation at the end of class. Yoga can support women in every phase of their life and can promote healing also.
Class is suitable for beginners and all age groups.
