Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 12-14 weeks (Please ensure you have had your 1st scan prior to booking your 1st class and have approval from GP/Midwife)

BIRTH PREPARATION 

WORKSHOP

This 2.5 hour birthing workshop is ideal for expectant mothers (from 32 weeks) and their birth partner. It is a wonderful opportunity to explore and prepare you both for the various stages of labour and birth.

We will talk about the numerous ways which you can be supported through your journey by utilising the power of breathing, touch and sound, movement, resting positions, relaxation & meditation and ofcourse affirmations and visualisation.

Birth partners (person to be with you during you labour & birth) have a important role and this workshop unravels all the tools a partner can utilise on the day to help support you.
