Service Description

Doula Duluxe Package : - We will be on call from week 38 of your pregnancy until your baby is born. - We will meet twice before the birth, with each meeting lasting 1.5 hours. During these meetings, we will discuss your birth preferences and any concerns you may have. - I will provide full support during your entire birth, helping you stay calm and relaxed using techniques from my Yoga for Birth & Hypnobirthing course. - You will receive a full 1-2-1 course in Yoga for Birth & Hypnobirthing. - You can contact me via phone or email at any time during your pregnancy if you have any questions or need support. - After your birth, we will have two postnatal visits, each lasting 2 hours, to check in on you and your baby and to discuss your birth experience. - You will also receive a complimentary private pregnancy yoga session, lasting 1 hour, to help you prepare for birth.
