What do I wear and which props do I need for my online class?

Please wear comfortable clothing.

For Props you may need some or all of the following, it's a personal preference: Mat/Bricks/Blocks/Bolster/Blankets/Cushions/Strap/Eye Mask/Birthing Ball

What do I need to know for participating in LIVE Online Class?

Once you confirm your place you shall be sent an email/text from Breathe Yoga London inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting link for your class.


To join Zoom Meeting shall need the ID and Password:

You will need to have downloaded Zoom on your phone/Ipad/computer.

You just click the link and follow the instructions to open the program (password & ID will be sent to you).

You can choose to have your own video on or off, the teacher will mute everyone so will not be able to hear you.

Please make sure you are in a quiet spot with plenty of space with your mat ready, a cushion to sit on and perhaps a scarf around your shoulders.
