Your Teacher

I am Randa, the proud founder and CEO of Breathe Yoga London—a women's yoga specialist with over 500 hours of training. As a devoted mother of two and a qualified Doula, I understand the struggles we go through as women that is why I dedicated my focus to Women’s Health and Well-being bringing extensive knowledge and expertise to my teachings in all stages of the female journey; Fertility, Pregnancy, Birthing, and Postnatally and Menopause.

 

My Mission:

My mission is to empower and support women through motherhood, encourage family well-being, and promote nurturing touch and communication for infants through yoga and infant massage. I aspire to deliver essential tools for nourishing lives, encouraging self-love, self-care, and overall mental and physical wellness.

 

My Journey:

Yoga has been transformative in my life, helping me navigate through traumas, cope with anxieties, and find strength in motherhood. I am committed to sharing what I’ve learned to help others breathe fully once again.

- Training in Biomechanics For Birth

- Certified Rainbow Families and Kids yoga teacher

- KGH Hypnobirthing Instructor
